No, only the upgraded campsites clearly labeled as water/power sites in the listings have power and water. Most sites are for tents, vans, small RVs, and rooftop tents in a grassy field.
We have portable water throughout the campground and there are outlets in common areas to charge devices as well!
Max 4 adults and 2 tents per campsite. Listings are for 2 adults, but you can add additional people for $10 each. Family traveling with kids? Max 2 tents per site, and kids over 12 yo are $10 each.
No, but there’s a nice clean and free one 5 minutes down the street at Bees Market, including a free water fill station. Our camp is more suited for vans, rooftop tents, and smaller RVs.
It depends on the year. We typically close in December, January, and February due to the cold. While open in October and November, we can't always guarantee showers as the water may need to be shut off.
Yes, we have flushing toilets, and they are heated for comfort!
Yes, we have two fully stocked community kitchens with an oven, stove top, air fryer, toaster oven, BBQ, toaster, pots, pans, basics for cooking like oil, salt and pepper, and free coffee and tea to fuel your mornings. There’s also a nearby grocery store for anything else you need!
Yes, all of our unique lodging units come with bedding and towels. If you are camping, we also have towels available for $5/per towel.
Yes, we have a hot tub. It is included for all lodgings. For campers, there's a $5 per person fee to add this luxury amenity, which you can add if you are booking on Hipcamp even after you get here.
We try to keep it open, though there are occasional maintenance days.
When the camp is open, someone is on-site. We also use cameras in public areas to monitor for safety, but we respect guests' privacy.
Of course, we may be out running errands or possibly enjoying a day of adventure ourselves, but once you book your stay, we know you're coming and will try to be there when you arrive. Either way, you will receive a message with everything you need to know before you get here, and you can always get in touch if you have any other questions.
Yes, we maintain a safe and welcoming space with a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Respect, kindness, and safety are essential to us.

Yes, we love hosting digital nomads and long-term guests. Let us know if you’re staying for a while, and we can offer a discount.
Yes, we offer work-trade stays for one week to a month. Contact us if you’re interested in exchanging work for your stay.
To keep the camp affordable, we charge extra for the luxury amenities like the hot tub and towels, which have a higher maintenance cost. This helps us offer competitive rates for everyone.
