What to Know Before You Arrive

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Early arrivals are sometimes possible — just reach out, and we’ll do our best.

Check-out is at 12:00 PM for camping sites and 11:00 AM for lodging accommodations. This gives us the time we need to care for the property between guests.

Vehicle & trailer length: Our sites comfortably accommodate vehicles and trailers up to 25 feet. Traveling with something longer? Reach out before booking and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Don’t have camping gear? No problem. Tent and camping equipment rentals are available as an add-on directly through your Hipcamp booking — so you can show up with nothing but yourself and still have everything you need.

Pets are welcome in all camping sites — well-behaved furry adventure partners are always invited. We just ask that they stay leashed in shared spaces and that you clean up after them. Please note that lodging accommodations are pet-free.

Cancellation policies vary by accommodation type and are clearly outlined on each listing on Hipcamp and Airbnb.

Hot tub access — Guests in lodging accommodations enjoy complimentary hot tub access and towels throughout their stay. For camping guests, hot tub access is $5 per person per use, and towels are available to rent for $5 each. Both can be added to your Hipcamp booking at any time — even after you’ve booked or once you arrive.

Fires are only permitted when conditions allow — we’ll always keep you informed. Firewood is available at Bee’s Market, just 5 minutes away. Please don’t burn wood found on the property. We do have gas fire pits you can rent for the times when wood fires are not safe, but you still want that glowing ambiance.

Stock Up at Bee’s Marketplace
Bee’s Marketplace in Colorado City is your last stop before camp — a full-service grocery store with a bakery, deli, coffee shop, and gas station right out front. It’s only 5 minutes away and has everything you could possibly need.
RV Travelers Take Note: Bee’s offers a free, clean dump station and free water fill-up — making it the perfect first or last stop on your way in or out.
Drinking Water at Camp
Fresh, mineral-rich drinking water is available throughout the property — drawn from a shared family well fed by one of only two shallow aquifers in the area and regularly tested for quality. Prefer something different? There’s an exceptional natural spring water source less than 10 minutes away in town.
Laundry
The Dixie Spin in Hildale is just 10 minutes away — a brand new, state-of-the-art laundromat with app-based payments. Perfect for van lifers, long-term travelers, and anyone who wants fresh clothes before hitting the next trail.
